Talent Partner (Lead/Senior)

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Partner (Lead / Senior) who will play a key role in shaping our hiring processes, building strong partnerships with the business, and attracting top-tier talent across multiple domains. This is not just a recruiter role - we’re looking for a true talent advisor and business partner.

Requirements & Professional competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a lead or team lead role.
  • Proven track record in building or scaling recruitment processes in fast-growing or large organizations (100+ employees).
  • Experience acting as a trusted business partner with deep understanding of organizational needs and growth strategies. Ability to build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and top management, serving as a strategic advisor on hiring and talent market trends.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for a broad range of roles:
    • Technical (developers, engineers)
    • Business functions (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) - mandatory.
  • Active participation in professional communities (conferences, meetups, industry groups).
  • Well-developed professional network in fintech, crypto, and iGaming sectors.
  • Strong skills in direct sourcing and headhunting, including outreach to rare and highly specialized talent through networking and advanced sourcing methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic roles simultaneously, ensuring high-quality stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle:
    • Strategic planning and requirements gathering
    • Funnel analytics and optimization
    • Improving candidate experience
  • Proficiency with modern ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, TeamTailor) and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) for precise, targeted talent acquisition.

Personal Qualities & Approach:

  • Proven portfolio of successful projects, such as:
    • Recruitment process optimization
    • Launching referral programs
    • Building new recruitment functions
    • Redesigning the candidate journey
  • Autonomous and proactive: able to propose solutions, implement them, and take ownership of results.
  • Strong soft skills: openness to feedback, analytical mindset, ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • High standard of communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, without rigid guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel, attend industry conferences, and actively grow professional networks.
